Innovative Leadership
& Development programs

Our development programs feature a non-riding curriculum that partners people and horses together in a unique and interactive experience. Each workshop guides the human and horse teams in obstacle challenges.  Through activities and conversations that spark thoughts about real life situations.

A horse's natural instincts and intuition help humans gain insight into their personal thoughts about themselves, their abilities, and their values therefore increasing wellness and positive experiences.

Each horse powered learning or development session explores and strengthen a life essential skill such as communication, boundaries, and building a relationship.

Total Horsemanship

We challenge young horse lovers to look beyond the saddle and give them an opportunity to become well-rounded equestrians.  Horses are FUN, but take dedication, perseverance, hard work, and they require lots of horse knowledge.

Watch for applications being accepted for the 2023 riding season, or join us NOW in Horse club.

Why Horses?

They are a
PREY animal

Aware of their surroundings and quick to react to stimulus.

They Live in the Moment

Do not over think, act immediately.

They Seek Harmony

Horses look for a "herd" community of respect and trust.

They Have Acute Senses

Sensitive and intuitive.  They give honest feedback, a horse cannot lie.

They are

Do not care what color your shoes are, if your tall or short, they will level the playing field.

They are
Large & Powerful

Builds confidence and

self- esteem.

                                     How does it work?

Learning to listen to what horses have to say is powerful and can sometimes spur the answer to individual change.

Horses can magnify an individual’s problem immediately and provide a skilled facilitator with an opportunity to identify an individual’s character. Horses don’t over-analyze a participant’s motive, but they do challenge their behavior and leadership.

"When we lead our horses, we lead ourselves."
